These Terms of Service govern your use of the A & A Cleaning Company website and our cleaning services. By requesting a quote or booking a visit, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide residential, STR/Airbnb, commercial, post-construction, move in/out, deep, and recurring cleaning. The exact scope of each visit is confirmed when you book. Access, pets, and special instructions should be shared in advance.

2. Quotes and scheduling

Quotes are based on the information you provide about the property and requested service. We may adjust timing or pricing if the space differs substantially from what was described. Cancellations should be made with as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.

3. Client responsibilities

Please provide safe access, secure valuables, and disclose hazards (including pets that may not be contained). We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left unsecured.

4. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Recurring clients may be invoiced on a set cadence. Unpaid balances may result in paused service.

5. Website

Website content is provided for general information. We may update service descriptions at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A & A Cleaning Company's liability arising from a visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit. We maintain insurance; claims should be reported promptly.
